It is not possible to make changes for any order.If you want to change anything,the order needs to be cancelled and then re-ordered. However you can cancel your order by login to your account and go to My Orders section. If you find, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at (+91)70185-70399 or email us at himmedical@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will look at immediately and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

All orders above Rs.1000 will be delivered free (no shipping charges).We bear all the GST/sales tax and there is no additional charges that you have to pay at the time of the delivery. You will pay exact amount which is shown on your invoice (except entry tax if applicable).However, if you order amount is less than Rs.1000, a nominal flat shipping charges Rs.50 would be charged. Note: Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Entry Tax, if applicable in your region.
